Printers - Scan Address Book

To add/edit members in the Scan to email address book:
  • Find the printer IP on the attached printer list.
  • Click login on top right.
  • Username is Admin password is blank
  • Go to Device Management
  • Click Address Book
  • Click Add User or Change to edit user
  • Enter a Registration no. that will put the username in alphabetical order by last name.
  • Enter Name (Last, First)
  • Enter Key Display (Last, First)
  • Enter alpha character under Title 1
  • Screen may be a little funky here.   You may find a small scroll bar at the bottom that you have to scroll down to see options.  Click Go to Next
  • Scroll tiny scroll bar on the next screen and click OK.
