Computer freezing and/or mouse issues
Your computer is freezing, and/or your mouse is having issues.
First do a hard shutdown. (Hold power button down for 10+ seconds until computer powers off.)
Restart and login
Go to Settings, Update & Security. You need to get your updates to 1909. Please also note: Version 1909 takes a longggggg time to load.
